Resampling Hardware Synths Into DAW
In this video by Tom Cosm, we learn how to resample a hardware synthesizer into multiple WAV files. When this is done, these WAV files can then be imported to any hardware or software sampler.
While resampling a single audio track is useful, having the ability to resample a range of sounds is a powerful utility. Suppose that you make a killer patch on a hardware synthesizer that cannot store presets, for example, the Korg MS-20. Using this resampling process, you can then bring the chromatic range of samples into your DAW and use them for whatever you so desire.
