Korg Minilogue Synth Jam Inspired By Blade Runner
In this video from Adam Borseti, we watch a clever synth jam with the Korg Minilogue polyphonic analog synthesizer. It is inspired by Greek composer, Vangelis, the man who created the score for the popular film, Blade Runner.
From the video’s description, he explains:
So, we now know that the Minilogue can be a Prophet-5, OB-Xa, Jupiter-8 and a whole range of mono synths…… but can it satisfy the CS-80 crowd? […] I programmed some nice CS-80 sounds like the electric piano and Blade Runner brass, recorded a sequence and gave it a go!
The Korg Minilogue is certainly a powerful synth, providing robust analog tones, a polyphonic step sequencer, incredible on-board effects and much more. Additionally, the way that Borseti utilizes the synth in this jam definitely gives the Minilogue the credit it deserves.
