Get This Free Algorithmic Loop Sequencer
Tim Exile, the DJ/composer who recorded a bunch of crazy sounds from an IBM data center, has just released FLOWs, a free algorithmic sequencer plugin for NI Reaktor that produces some rhythmic modulations.
Features
- Layer and cross-modulate up to 4 loops at once with filters and envelopes that follow the sonic imprint of each loop.
- Switch between loops mid-way without losing sync. Modulate loop switching with random and cyclical LFOs.
- Layer multiple loops without phase distortion and clashing bass using Clearsum.
FLOWs also comes with a ton of cool presets, as well as 1GB+ of loops derived from his improvised jam sessions.
You can grab FLOWs for free by visiting the website. Also, you should check out Tim Exile’s unique field recording session at an IBM data center.
