Behringer Unveils Demo Of TR-808 Clone, The RD-808

In this video from Superbooth 2018 provided by Sonicstate, we get a demonstration of the RD-808, Behringer’s recreation of the classic Roland TR-808 drum machine.

After the many teasers that Behringer gave us of a potential TR-808 clone, it’s awesome to finally see the speculation come to fruition. The Behringer RD-808 offers a full analog signal path, 11 different analog outputs, a bus compressor that can be assigned to individual track outputs, and much more.

The audio demos from the video are certainly exciting, and we can’t wait to hear more details of the RD-808 in the days to come. It is expected to become available in August 2018.
