University Student Restores Moog Synthesizer 1c
In this video, we get acquainted with Jeffrey Wubbenhorst, an engineering student at Duke University who decided to rehabilitate the Moog Synthesizer 1c for his independent study.
As he explains, his passion for sound synthesis lies not only in the musical realm, but its application to other areas of study, such as physics, calculus, and psychoacoustics. Undoubtedly a bright student, he got to debut the synth at Moogfest 2016.
