Meet the Remidi T8, a MIDI controller that’s literally a glove. Remidi, a startup out of the US, has began a massive crowd funding campaign to help fund the T8’s development. Quite successful so far, they have already made $40,000 out of their $50,000 target.
How does this thing work you ask? Similar to velocity sensitivity on regular MIDI controllers, this glove has eight pressure sensors on the inside. As well as this, there is an additional sensor that follows your hand movements, controlling virtually any parameter you want.
The Remidi T8 is undoubtedly ahead of its time. Visit their Kickstarterhere.
