Free Drum Kit Sampled From Space Research Facility

Peter Kirn from createdigitalmusic.com has released a free Ableton drum rack comprised of samples recorded in a space research facility. You can also download the uncompressed audio files for general use.

It’s always cool to find new ways to make traditional sounds, and that’s what Kirn did by making this kit. Having the foresight to see the crunching of gravel as a shaker, bursts and pops as kick drums, etc. is really awesome.
