Create Your Own Synthesizers With Prynth
In case you aren’t familiar with the Rasperry Pi, it is a miniaturized computer that supplies every function you would need in a traditional, desktop computer. Prynth, an open-source DIY synth pack, uses the Raspberry Pi to help you create your own synths.
The goal of this project is to offer freely accessible technologies to build such instruments. While electronics and programming might initially seem like a high-entry barrier, offering a stable platform, with collections of assembly instructions and working code snippets, is a way to incite learning and rapid results for both beginners and experts.
While the project is still growing, from its initial funding to the subsequent demand it receives, we hope to see Prynth take off! Having the ability to build your own synths not only adds a personal dimension to your productions, but it seems like a darn good time!
