In this video, we hear a sound demo of Koka Nikoladze‘s “musical box,” being used to score the soundtrack for an entire film. As you can hear, it delivers some extraordinary sounds…especially through a fuzz guitar pedal.

This instrument is one demonstration of musical instruments’ ability to be abstract, not always having to rely on a particular chromatic style or playing technique. Regardless, this creation is quite fascinating.
