In the world of DIY, anything is possible, and such is the case with building a modular synth. In this video, we take a look at a modular synth made entirely of scrap materials, from rusty nails, scrap wood, an old TV, and more.
While the current build is fairly rudimentary, the sounds it achieves are quite impressive. Imitating the basic functions of a modular synth, this patch creates the sounds of PWM (pulse width modulation), as well as basic filtering.
