Analogue Synths: A Step Backwards?

Like vinyl records, analogue synths have seen a massive revival in the music world. Contrary to digital domains, analogue synths undoubtedly have a rich and warm sound. Synth manufacturers like Korg, Yamaha and Roland have taken notice to this and have taken a step back into their grassroots.

There is no question that analogue synths sound amazing. However, is our growth being stunted? Now has never been a better time for us to explore new options and innovate new ways to create sounds. While this is true, we can’t ignore what people want now, and that is the sound of analogue synths. What do you think? Are we taking a step backward?
