BitMusic Ensemble
This is a strange ensemble that was inspired by this video, which I first stumbled upon in the this post at CDM. You can check out even more here.
The basic idea is that you have 15 mathematical operations, each with two inputs. Each input can receive either the output of any other operation, a time counter, or can simply be declared using a knob. Using this setup, you can design some fairly complex math equations and feedback loops, which in turn can churn out some pretty interesting sounds.
I’ve included a few snapshots as examples, there are plenty more that could be implemented in the linked video. Think of this release as being something of a beta version. If it is sufficiently popular I will create a version with more features.
If anybody creates any snapshots for this, I would appreciate it if you would send them my way so I can add them to the download.
