Seriously do not “buy contacts” and spam music. It’s not good for your name in the industry and, frankly, those emails rarely get opened. Do not start emails with “hey” or “what’s up” as if you know the blogger personally.
Take some time to read the “about us” section and if there are writers that fit your style or genre, address the email to them specifically. This kind of “next level” touch on the pitch email goes a very long way.
