One of the more common tricks that producers use for transitioning to bigger sections of a track is modulating or automating the cut off of a filter. This helps prepare the ear for bigger and brighter sounds. It’s almost a cliche of EDM music.

However, you can easily spice up this technique in Massive by using a Scream filter in conjunction with a LP4 or LP2 filter.
