Yamaha Releases SessionCake, Mobile Headphone Monitors

Yamaha has released SessionCake, a duo of headphone monitoring mixers (SC-01 and SC-02) that allow you to monitor your live mixes on the go.

Up to 8 SessionCakes can be chained together to allow each user in the chain to adjust their portion of the mix. Both the SC-01 and SC-02 provide a Me parameter that helps adjust the input volume relative to the mix.

What separates the SC-02 from the SC-01 is that it offers an XLR input for use with microphones, as well as L/R stereo input.
