Using MIDI Triggers To Play Sega's "Golden Axe" Theme Song

With old video games, a nostalgia we all share is of course, the music. In this video, we watch a drum cover of Sega’s Golden Axe theme song, using MIDI triggers sent from his kit.

Using Retrigger, an interface that translates generic MIDI signals into MIDI data hosted by the DAW, he can then use his drum kit to send MIDI to his DAW, activating the various elements of the theme song’s arrangement.
