This Man Turned Facebook Images Into Music

In an article from The Creators Project, we learn how sound artist and musician Daniel Watkins turned images from his Facebook friends list into playable WAV files.

“The translation from image to sound, and then from sound into sculpture makes for images that are rather bad at being images, but succeed because of the properties that arise from the act of translation. “

When listening to the sample audio, its needless to say that it sounds…a bit spooky. Granted, Facebook CAN be a bit haunting sometimes.
