Sensel Morph Is A Universal, Multi-Touch Controller
The Sensel Morph is a multi-purpose, pressure-sensitive input device that houses approximately 20,000 pressure sensors with a sensing range of 5g to 5kg. Debuted at the 2017 NAMM Show with Reuben Martinez, we hope to see the Sensel Morph gain more traction.
As he explains, music-making is just one way that this device can be used. Other applications include gaming, drawing, software macros, and more. We were quite impressed with how the Sensel Morph’s pressure sensitivity translated to the piano, as it sounded like the authentic articulations that you would hear on a real piano.
