In this video, Modal Electronics demonstrates the Modal 001, a 2 voice duophonic synthesizer. With more than 50 different waveforms, as well as a number of modulation options, the sonic capabilities that this synth has to offer are endless.

Something that we like about this synth is that it offers a true analogue signal path. What this means, is that as the signal travels, from the oscillators to the final output, there is no digital conversion that takes place.
