KORG Is Resurrecting The ARP ODYSSEY
The ARP ODYSSEY is undoubtedly up in the ranks of classic analog synthesizers, famous for its pervasive sound and slick look. In October, KORG will be rolling out the ARP ODYSSEY Module, a keyboard-less recreation of its predecessor with a modern edge.
Given that DAW’s weren’t around in the studios of 1972, it’s quite cool that this synth can now be used alongside the power of MIDI data and macro controls. Not only this, but being that the ODYSSEY Module is duophonic, it will surely be capable of generating some robust stabs and octave stacks.
