Ever thought a graphing calculator from math class could be used as a synthesizer? Thanks to an application known as HoustonTracker, this is now a possibility, allowing you to compose and sequence 1-bit MIDI, straight from your calculator.

While it may not sound great, the mere fact that a calculator can be used to send and receive MIDI messages is fascinating, something we never would’ve thought possible while chugging away our calculus functions.
