BLOCKS: Modular MIDI Controller From ROLI

Meet BLOCKS, a brand-new modular MIDI controller interface from ROLI that lets you patch together various blocks to enhance the overall music-making process. Each block has its own unique function:

Lightpad Block

“You make music through natural movements on the Block’s smooth, glowing, pressure-responsive surface. Drop beats and shape melodies by striking, sliding, and pressing your fingers on the surface. Illuminated grids help you find your notes. Light Trails guide you to learn musical gestures quickly.”

Live Block and Loop Block

“The Live Block and Loop Block make it even easier to perform and produce music on BLOCKS. Their buttons activate the features that you use most — whether it’s recording a loop on the Loop Block or changing scales and triggering chords on the Live Block.”
